PIWIS2 Functions:

1. Read / clear Fault codes, capture data flow, ECU programming matching, component testing, maintenance information consulting, component field diagram, wiring diagram.

2. The Porsche PIWIS tester II works with cars from 2005 onwards and the latest Porsche cars. It's equipped with Panasonic laptops and raw software for testing. The Porsche Lewis tester II can help you diagnose and program the latest and old types of Porsche cars. For example: 911 (997) (991), Boxster / Cayman (987), cayenne up to my 2010, cayenne from my 2011 and Panamera.

3. The new Panamera can only be diagnosed through the Porsche PIWIS tester II. According to the current project plan, by the end of 2010, all earlier models will gradually be converted to the Porsche PIWIS tester II. The Porsche PIWIS tester I must be used for the old models in the Porsche workshop by the end of 2010.

4. Support for Porsche. Once the early diagnostic procedure has been transferred to the Porsche PIWIS tester II, the PIWIS tester I will no longer be available.

5. When the Porsche Lewis tester II is released, it will contain a basic software. This is necessary to start and configure the tester.
