Please better disconnect internet when run software,or it will lock device.

Please only use our CD software only .

Only use Software Version PCMFLASH 1.95. Do not use other higher version,otherwise USB dongle will locked and can not flash any more .Please MUST know this.

KTMFLASH supports ECU,it can read  Infixxxx's ecu and gearbox [transmission] ecu.

When reading encrypted Infixxxx or ecu, Firstly read the password file. Please See our video operation. If the software prompts " turn off the power for 2 seconds", you must turn off the power for 2 seconds. When you are not turn off the power for 2 seconds, it may prompt again. Then you turns the power off for 2 seconds and operating the software.

DSG Gearbox Reading and Writing:
This function is mainly for DSG and CVT gearboxes. It can be used for "OBD" (for power upgrade) also used for BOOT mode (repair) .It can read and write the main control chip and external EEPROM. 
BOOT mode is directly connected to the gearbox computer Pins ,no need to open the computer. 
The OBD read gearbox computer supports the UDS protocol.

When writing via OBD mode, if it is interrupted, you can turn off the ignition switch and write again. If the gearbox computer is broken by a bad file, you can recovery the data by BOOT.
 
BOOT mode reading and writing, it is strongly recommended to use the automatic power control mode of the White JTAG adapter box to operate, also supports manual operation, but it is not good control.
 
DQ500 read and write, it can be operated by directly connecting to the computer, the power supply should be manually switched, control the 15 feet of J2534, as the power on and off, the second power should always be on.
 
Reading and writing VL300/V30 by BSL: You need to drill a small hole over the cover to connect to the GND with a 1 ohm resistor by Probe Pen .It is necessary to connect the K line. It is strongly recommended to use the brake power control of the adapter box to operate.

Before Reading,please swicth to below position,it is Auto Method:

How to use KTM FlASH ECU programmer Switch board? 
 
1. The switch board is designed to work with J2534, this device uses the Ktag cables so the user can refer to the Ktag wiring diagram. 
 
2. Advise you use DiaLink as the protocol conversion equipment and work with PC.
 
3. There are 3 types for Bosch Infin***   ECU : 
  • The Infin*** ECU before TPROT8
  • TPROT8-10
  • The Infin*** ECU after TPROT10 which is what we call GPT encrypted. 
 
4. The Infin*** ECU before TPROT8 is not encrypted, you directly uses the BOOT point grounding, then follow the Ktag user manual to wire the cable and read the data. 
 
5.For TPROT8-10,for Bosch Company set the anti-debugging mode, reading EEPROM needs no password and reading Flash needs password. 
Therefore, during the reading process, there is an extra CNF1, Boot outputs low level and CNF1 outputs high level. When reading, Boot needs to add one small resistor and ground it. CNF1 to connect one 470ohm-2K resistance, then connect 3.3V, it's very important, otherwise the ECU will be burnout. 
2 tips on reading the data: 
1) BOOT and CNF1 must be connected when reading data. 
2) Only connect BOOT not CNF1 When reading the password, otherwise the password can't be read out. Also you can follow the Ktag wiring diagram because Ktag controls the CNF1 turn on and off, so it can't be disconnected. When reading the password, you turn the two switches to the automatic mode, and to the On mode when reading the data, when the software prompts, you choose " Manually" then follow the message to turn on or off.
 
6. For GPT encrypted ECU, the S1, S2 and Boot cable are needed to connected when reading password, and the S1, S2 don't need to be connected when reading data.
